Our Cosmic Babies sessions are suitable for Baby Bells from newborn to sitting. We invite you and your little ones to come play and practise tummy time, while you meet other parents and relax together in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions are completely baby led, allowing for a free flow exploring experience with a chance to meet other parents or carers. To close the session we will lead you through some gentle exercises and relaxation with baby.
