Join us for a relaxed, baby-led session where you and your little ones can play, practise tummy time, and explore in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions allow babies to move and discover at their own pace, while parents and carers have the chance to connect and relax together.

To finish, we guide you through some gentle exercises and calming relaxation with your baby, creating a peaceful end to a fun, exploratory session.
Each parent/caregiver must book their own child only. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of friends, as we need accurate medical and emergency contact details for every child. The automatic 50% discount for booking two children applies to siblings only.
